So I have a few issues when it comes to going
number 2. I do not like to go when people are around or waiting for me. I never
have and I can’t seem to get over it. The other thing is, I see a
gastrointestinal Doc for my irregularity and issues with my bowels hating me.
They suggested a fiber supplement for helping with the irregularity. They haven’t
been of much help. Even when I take more than the recommended does. Someone suggested
I try a weightless detox or colon cleanse to see if that would help. Well, I started off with 1 capsule instead of
the 2 the package instructions tell you to. One got things moving just fine and
I have a regular bathroom break every day. I do not get a bloated or icky
feeling when I take them. Nor do I get gas, cramping pain or a sudden erg to
make it to the bathroom before its too late. It is really nice to find
something that doesn’t have all the side effects and to help get me regular.
