I spend a lot of time at my computer for work. I was told I should look into compression gloves for my hands when typing and doing other activities to help me with my pain from arthritis. I wasn’t really sure how well they could work, after all they are gloves. I was wrong! They work great. The gloves have helped with some swelling I normally get after typing for too long. As for the pain, I have noticed a slight difference from my normal pain to the pain I have after wearing these. They are soft and stretchy. I love that they are breathable and don’t cause my hands to sweat at all. My gloves fit perfect. Cleaning, which I did before wearing and have done a few times after wearing, is pretty simple. I throw then in a cold water wash. I then hang dry. They dry pretty quickly.
