My family and I love to travel. When we go across the border to Canada We have to have our enhanced DL and ID’s. I don’t have to worry about the kids losing their ID’s. I am also happy that it is slim and lightweight. I used it around the neck like I do a camera strap. This is much more comfortable than the ones that go around the waist. My phone fits into the larger pocket in the back. I was able to keep the phone and the paperwork (Birth certificates) for the kids in there. This makes traveling less stressful. I recommend it for anyone who travels.

We have a very thick mattress and I always have a hard I time finding sheets that stay on while we sleep. Normally they fit until my husband and I lay then one size always pops off the mattress. These Bed Sheet Fasteners Pack Of 4 By ClickL solved that problem. They are very easy to install. Just slide one end under the mattress, put the sheet on, and then use the little piece to secure the sheet. Wa-lla! A sheet that stays in place. One thing I will say is you must have something solid (be it a box spring, wood or...) under the mattress in order for this to work. The only thing I didn’t care for was how bit the piece is on the outside of the sheet. I wish it was a clear plastic so it wasn’t so noticeable on colored sheets.

I got these gloves for my husband to use. I know he had been looking for a pair of gloves to wear when working out/lifting. He said these gloves give him support on his wrist as well as hands and he likes that a lot. He also likes that the wrist portion is adjustable so he can tighten or loosen it to his preference. The pal of the hand doesn’t just help with grip on the bar but also provides just the right amount of padding. He said they are breathable and very comfortable. I am impressed there is still no significant signs of wear, as he goes through gloves like crazy!

I would give these 5/5 stars but I ordered him a Medium based off the sizing and they are a bit snugger than he expected. He wears a medium in other workout/riding gloves and they fit him.

Apalus Hair Straightening Brush, Ceramic Hair Straightener, Straight Hair Styling

I really wanted to love this! I have short hair but it is completely wavy/curly/thick and a bit out of control. I normally use a straighter (flat iron) but someone recommend I try a brush instead. When I came across this one I figured it was a sign so I tried it. It comes with the brush, a glove, a case, and 2 clips to hold your hair in sections. It also had suggestions and temp suggestions.

So here’s the thing, I used a spray that it recommends you use if you have frizzy hair (which I do and I normally use this spray when I use my straighter (flat iron)), it did not seem to help. The display is nearly impossible to see unless at the right angle but hard to find if you move it again. The temperature locks after a few seconds and even after double clicking the power button, per the instructions, I still had a really hard time changing the temperature. This became a very frustrating process very quickly.

So let’s move past that. Once I started straightening my hair, it didn’t seem to matter how small of sections I did, it didn’t want to come straight. I held the ends of my hair and followed the instructions to a ‘T’ and it still was wavy instead of straight. So let’s go back to frustration as we adjust the temp… again. I finally was able to get it to straighten most of the way (on half my head) but it left my hair very dry and frizzy. While this product may work on someone with straighter hair, I am not sure I would recommend it to someone with curly/wavy/thick hair combo like mine. I am just glad my hair is short and I didn’t spend hours (just 30ish minutes) trying to get this to work on half my head! I’ll stick with my straightener (flat iron) and spend less than 20 for my entire head to be straightened nicely.

My daughter loves playing baseball with my son. However the bat is too heavy for her and she wanted one that was lighter. I wanted one that wouldn’t hurt her brother if she hit him with it (which has been known to happen once or twice around here). This bat is perfect! It comes with ball as well as a case. I like the case because it is reusable and I can keep the set organized. It also makes it easy to take to the park when we go. The bat itself is soft, but not so soft that it bends or is unable to hold up to hitting a ball. The red is very vibrant so if she forgets it in the yard, it is very easy to spot! The ball, which is also a foam material, accidently hit her when my son threw for her to hit. It didn’t hurt her and she didn’t cry (added bonus right there). Perfect for smaller kids, although my daughter did make my son use it during their game so he didn’t ruin her foam ball with his bat. He said it wasn’t uncomfortable even though he is 13. Win/win!!!

I normally use a scale when I am packaging meat for the freezer, baking, making spaghetti sauce and other things. Mine broke and I needed to get a new one before my weekly shopping trip. This scale is very light weight. It says pocket but it is a bit large to be considered a pocket scale yet perfect size to use in the kitchen. It has options for grams, pounds and ounces together, just pounds, just ounces and ml so anyone can use it and adjust to what weight measurement they like. It is super simple to use! I put wax paper down before turning the scale on so it is automatically on 0 and doesn’t include that little bit of weight into the calculations. I then select the measuring units, put the food on the scale and I am done. An added bonus is, it came with batteries. The one thing I wish was different is the top of the scale. It is plastic that is made to look like metal. I prefer a non-porous metal but that is just a preference and does not in any way change the functionality of the scale.

I wanted to change my shower curtain but the shower curtin hooks I had would only really go with the curtin I had. I was looking for something that was going to look nice, work well and not rust. There is not much to them and they are simple and clean which is what I want. My rod is two pieces (on inside the other) and I always have an issue with hooks snagging or stopping the part where the two come together. Not these. These glide very easy without snagging on anything. I like that they were easy to install and I didn’t have a hard time opening or closing them. Mine were a little dull compared to the pictures but that maybe from my computer screen. One big bonus is these say they will not rust! Also, they are well made. I feel they will last me for a long time.
