Bambüsi by Belmint Bamboo Deep Tissue Foot massager

My husband works on his feet all day. He always wants me to give him a foot rub when he gets home. I am normally busy with kids, making dinner, and working so it gets put off. I figured maybe this Bambüsi by Belmint Bamboo Deep Tissue Foot massager would help him on the nights I am just too busy. Well, I have size 6 (women’s) feet and he has size 12 (men’s). While this foot massager fits my foot perfectly, it is a tad small for him. He also said it is too low off the ground and needs to be higher. I agree, I also wish the nubs were a bit larger or came up a bit more. It works okay for my smaller feet but not as well as I was hoping.

Belmint 100% Bamboo Bathtub Caddy with Extendable Sides

I am in love with this Belmint bathtub caddy! I know strange to say but if you only knew (seriously). Here’s the thing, I am always busy if it isn’t one thing it’s another and I have never learned to really relax. Even in the tub, I have a million things on my mind that I should be doing. I sometimes put my laptop on the edge of the tub so I can work while in the tub. But, I am always afraid it will fall in the water, I’ll lose all my work and ruin my laptop. So I normally end up getting out of the tub and just working at my desk. I finally gave up on trying to take a bath and started showering, in, out, done! My husband says I’m nicer when I relax and take a bath so I figured what the heck let’s try this out and see if it helps. Well, I may never leave my tub again (okay I have to be an adult but otherwise I wouldn’t).

The bathtub caddy is made of bamboo. It is smooth (no rough edges) and sturdy. I am able to adjust the length of the caddy to fit my tub so no matter tub size it should work. There is a wine glass holder which I didn’t even know I needed until now. Now it is a necessity (no, seriously)! While the caddy can be used to hold a book while in the tub, I use it for my laptop. Like I said I am normally always working so the lap top is my preference instead of a book. I also was able to use the tray portion that sinks in a bit for my cell phone. I also have used it for a post it note pad and pen. I am now fighting my daughter over the bathtub caddy because she wants it for her bathroom (guess what she is getting for Christmas?)! I highly recommend this.

We grill all the time but with winter on the horizon we will soon be in 22 hours of darkness. Along with the darkness there will be snow and cold! I don’t want to stand out on the back patio holding a light so m husband can BBQ dinner. Now I won’t have to. This light is awesome. It is super bright! My husband thinks it might be brighter than our outside flood lights. This Authentic Grilluminator Grill Light for BBQ was very easy to install. I only needed a screw driver to open the battery compartment and close it back up. It shows a screw driver key chain in the picture but mine didn't have one. It comes with batteries. The button to turn it on or off is not an actual button but works with a touch of a finger. It rained and the rain got on the light (not drenched but just a little bit). We have a very thick mattress and I always have a hard I time finding sheets that stay on while we sleep. Normally they fit until my husband and I lay then one size always pops off the mattress. These Bed Sheet Fasteners Pack Of 4 By ClickL solved that problem. They are very easy to install. Just slide one end under the mattress, put the sheet on, and then use the little piece to secure the sheet. Wa-lla! A sheet that stays in place. One thing I will say is you must have something solid (be it a box spring, wood or...) under the mattress in order for this to work. The only thing I didn’t care for was how bit the piece is on the outside of the sheet. I wish it was a clear plastic so it wasn’t so noticeable on colored sheets.

I got these gloves for my husband to use. I know he had been looking for a pair of gloves to wear when working out/lifting. He said these gloves give him support on his wrist as well as hands and he likes that a lot. He also likes that the wrist portion is adjustable so he can tighten or loosen it to his preference. The pal of the hand doesn’t just help with grip on the bar but also provides just the right amount of padding. He said they are breathable and very comfortable. I am impressed there is still no significant signs of wear, as he goes through gloves like crazy!

I would give these 5/5 stars but I ordered him a Medium based off the sizing and they are a bit snugger than he expected. He wears a medium in other workout/riding gloves and they fit him.

Apalus Hair Straightening Brush, Ceramic Hair Straightener, Straight Hair Styling

I really wanted to love this! I have short hair but it is completely wavy/curly/thick and a bit out of control. I normally use a straighter (flat iron) but someone recommend I try a brush instead. When I came across this one I figured it was a sign so I tried it. It comes with the brush, a glove, a case, and 2 clips to hold your hair in sections. It also had suggestions and temp suggestions.

So here’s the thing, I used a spray that it recommends you use if you have frizzy hair (which I do and I normally use this spray when I use my straighter (flat iron)), it did not seem to help. The display is nearly impossible to see unless at the right angle but hard to find if you move it again. The temperature locks after a few seconds and even after double clicking the power button, per the instructions, I still had a really hard time changing the temperature. This became a very frustrating process very quickly.

So let’s move past that. Once I started straightening my hair, it didn’t seem to matter how small of sections I did, it didn’t want to come straight. I held the ends of my hair and followed the instructions to a ‘T’ and it still was wavy instead of straight. So let’s go back to frustration as we adjust the temp… again. I finally was able to get it to straighten most of the way (on half my head) but it left my hair very dry and frizzy. While this product may work on someone with straighter hair, I am not sure I would recommend it to someone with curly/wavy/thick hair combo like mine. I am just glad my hair is short and I didn’t spend hours (just 30ish minutes) trying to get this to work on half my head! I’ll stick with my straightener (flat iron) and spend less than 20 for my entire head to be straightened nicely.
